Returns

We at Wrigglebots stand by the quality of our products and offer a 6 month warranty on workmanship on all Wrigglebots branded items. If a fault occurs during this time we will offer a full refund or exchange including retun postage to us. We do not offer a refund on the initial postage costs as quite often more than one item has been purchased at a time. The refund will be given via the same method by which the initial purchase was made.

Please choose carefully - we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If a product is the wrong size we will happily exchange for the correct size garment. In this case you will be responsible for the cost of return postage of the original item to the Wrigglebots store.

In addition to this many of our non wrigglebots branded products carry their own manufacturer guarantees and we will be governed by the conditions set down by each supplier in each individual case.
